Automatically setting time / data on iPad

My iPad has consistently been 20 minutes behind reality. I already tried changing the time manually, but as soon as I set it to Automatic again it switched back to 20 minutes behind. I already had a look online and there are many reports of this. http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?thread
