You're welcome Neil, Repair Disk may be ran on any 'non-boot' from the boot hard drive (there is no need to boot off the Install CD/DVD to repair non-boot drives, partitions or volumes). If you have a 'non boot' drive attached, look in Disk Utility > Repair Disk panel, highlighting any non-boot
