Hi Kevin,
I have 500Mb but hardly dent it. At home and work the phone always locks onto
wireless. I do all my e-mailing through my computer anyway. Only a few push
notifications come through the phone plan, it almost seems a waste for my
needs.
It is reassuring though having the reserve
Something I forgot to add, Kevin, was that I chose the large quota so that I
could use the iPhone for internet tethering if I was out and about or at a
client's site. Internet tethering is where a computer, such as a MacBook or
iMac, connects to the internet over the 3G cell phone network,

Hi Adrian,
The sanctioned method is to connect an Apple TV to your television (RSP A$ 129
http://store.apple.com/au/browse/home/shop_ipod/family/apple_tv).
You can then stream the video using Air Play from either iTunes or your iPhone
4. I found Air Play a bit flakey from my iPhone 3GS at

I started with AirPort utility and it scans and reports that Air-port

Rather then run a really long post again, I've uploaded the next lot of
specials to my site (and adjusted some pricing on things left over.)
The list has been updated for those things that have sold, and I'll aim to
also adjust the list on the site as well.
So have a look at:-
Hi Lloyd,
You connect ALL cables including the Ethernet cable connected to your Belkin to
Airport Express BEFORE plugging Airport Express into Power Outlet.
After connecting the Ethernet USB Printer cable, plug into power outlet.
Then open Airport Utility and setup Create a Wireless Network

I first started my enquiries through parrot USA but they sent it to me from
the U.K.’s store and it took about 14 calendar days. Battery life is about 10
to 15 min but it recharges very quickly. It is very hardy because as you can
imagine when you first get it everything is self-taught.

Hi all,
Kevins recent email reminded me of something that is niggling me.
I recently (27 August) bought a new iPhone4 (at the AppleStore in Hay

with the special iPhone deal on at the time, was supposed to include 500MB

Hi All
Oops,..Peter posted the wrong date there I'm afraid.
The meeting is indeed NEXT Tuesday, not tomorrow.
So yes, the WAMUG meeting is as per normal, the first Tuesday of December,
which is next week Tuesday 7th December at 7.30pm.
Apologies for that all.
Kind Regards

Bought mine from Amazon USA US$299.-- + shipping.
The AUS price is very good compared to Europe where it is €330.-- ($453.--)
One wonders if Telstra is becoming a techno gear retailer ?

Good afternoon all,
Last week I bought Adobe Photoshop Elements 9, its a great application but I
find that I have no use for it (not enough advantages over what I am already
using). It sells for $149.94 If anyone is interested I would like to recoup
the $118 I paid for it.

Adrian
Thanks Ronni,
You and Daniel are always generous with your valuable time.
I went through all the steps you both suggested and finally reset the
AirPort to clear out any previous settings. And it now works!
The Set-up manual you pointed me to suggested that as a solution.
Regards and thanks
Thanks, to Tim and Daniel for the explanations. Still a little confused but

Ronni is correct. The laptops take 2.5 drives. Though I think I do have a
