Hi Lloyd, Sounds like you have a runaway process going on. Are you sure its syslogd not DNSResponder or mdworker running away? synslogd logs the process and if there is a runaway process syslogd will use a lot of CPU since it is so busy logging error messages. Why not post a few lines of the Co
