so it doesn't tell us much at all.
I would need to see a log showing the BSD process name corresponding to current
thread & System uptime in nanoseconds onwards...that shows the kexts.

That's good to hear it has only happened once. I suspect it was a Finder hiccup
of some sort.
I would suggest you Repair Disk Permissions using Disk Utility.
And keep regular backups just in case.
