Hi David, What version of Toast are you using, also what version of OS X? Are the DVDs Blu-Ray or ? Are you selecting the correct burn speed or just using 'best'? A slower burn speed is best. A couple things to try: One is to choose "Save as Disc Image" instead of clicking the burn button. When
