Hi Jewels, What operating system did you have the Laserwriter 360 working on? How did you have the Laserwriter 360 connected to your Mac via Ethernet or USB or? Can you see it's IP Address? A normal Lion install includes a lot of PPDs, still including LaserWriters, but from what I can find out

Hi John, First thing to try is a Reset: Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Release the Buttons. If a Reset does not fix the problems post back. Cheers, Ronni O
