Are you on the same Server as they are? Or are you using a separate ISP
server... Such as iiNet? That is... Your email mail server is outside of
their mail server? A mail server outside of your office.

I have never heard of this happening in any Mail client other than Microsoft
Exchange, Outlook.
It is impossible (so I have always understood) for the sender to delete an
email that has come through your ISP & into your POP mail Inbox. He/she would
