Hi all,
I'm having problems with my Time Machine backup.
It comes up with a message saying can't complete backup. Backup prepares,
then begins
Messages say:
network error
or
error in updating
I can't enter the sparsebundle from Finder, though I can from the Enter
Time Machine in the top menu.

As a last resort I am going to clear Lynette's iPhone and put it back to
Factory Settings. Would someone be able to walk me through it please?? And to
saving her Contacts etc.

That the message that you receive is: "asking her to log into her activ8 iCloud
account”.
Is her Apple ID & iCloud Account login details the same?
