I've got probs opening Acrobat Distiller 5.0 -- it says it can't find an extension named 'AGMLib'. I have 'AGMCarbonLib' installed but Distiller is unwilling/unable to recognise it. Does anyone have the 'missing' ext; or can I simply change the filename of 'AGMCarbonLib' in my exts folder; or
