I would be fairly confidently in saying that all new thumb-drives would
work fine on a Macs and Windows. It is important to have them formatted
to FAT32 file system. From what I have observed, they invariably are

setting up. I used to have a Siemens s55 working with iSync too. Try
the usual trick of renaming the .plist file.
