If you are a command line adept you can get her to turn on remote login (in
sharing) read off the IP address from the network control panel and SSH into
her box with the admin credentials. If you prefer to look at pictures have
her download and install OSXvnc. You can then use a client VNC program

My mother-in-law in the UK has on-going problems with her iBook, and
can't quite describe to me her
problems. She upgraded from a G3 laptop, prior to this she used MS-
DOS!. so most of it I feel is bad house keeping and unfamiliarity.
I have suggested she does screen captur
