Hello Antony,
Have you tried to 'Rebuild' your InBox? It could be corrupted. Eudora
likes the In, Out, Trash mailboxes
you may look into
data rescue
file salvage
these are progs that retrieve file from damaged hd's
both just sieve through the faulty drive copy the retrieved data to
another drive, no need of image
