I have a number of mail accounts with different passwords and am looking to
rationalise this.
I have looked at internet without being convinced by the replies. Clearly I
do not want to get this wrong!
I am on High Sierra, what is the correct procedure ??

I have had similar issues with my yahoo account. In the end I had to reduce the
frequency Mail checks for new mail. Some servers don't like to be accessed too
often and reducing the frequency helps.

I have looked through some previous comments on similar problems, but
I am stuck on this one.
Each time I restart, Mail says it wants to use my Keychain password,
so I put it in (to access the passwords to my mail accounts?).
I think this might be happening because I am now using a
