Hi Michael,
I would have suggested you go to Apple Downloads and download and install

disc.

Hi Ronni & Daniel,
Please ignore the email below.
I've been getting conflicting messages from various Apple support pages. Some
say that the update I installed for iPhoto is for Mountain Lion only, others
say Software Update under the Apple symbol in the menu bar is the way to go for
OS 10.7.5
Hi Ronni & Daniel,
Lion, not Mountain Lion, is installed on my MacBook Pro.
Does this fact make any difference to your answers? - I thought iPhoto 9.4 was
for Mountain Lion.

Michael Hawkins.

Hi Michael,
To add a bit more to Daniel's explanation. Software Update in Mountain Lion is
now part of the Mac App Store, but it is still Software Update.
Software Updates appear in the Mac App Store, but it still is a separate option

Some updates require a pre update, before the main update is installed. If I'm
doing updates, I will run it, then run it again once it's done, until I get the
window that says "There are no
Thank you Ronni,
I shall never trust Apple's Software Update again- until now, I had assumed
that when I select Software Update from under the Apple symbol, every Apple
derived software was updated. It seems not.

Hi Michael,
First, never delete your photos from a camera or your iPhone before you are
sure they have all been imported into iPhoto.
iPhoto'11 is version 9.4.2, if you are using v9.3.2 you need to update.
When you copy your panoramas to the Mac, they retain their full resolution,
which can be
I used panorama setting to take photo on iPhone (iOS 6.0.1) and used iPhoto '11
(v9.3.2) to import all photos off the iPhone into 17"MacBoook Pro (OS 10.7.5).
The panorama didn't copy as a panoramic shot.
The photos have been deleted from the iPhone.
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Michael.
