There are some good products out there. I've settled on Screenflow for the time
being. It has a great feature set, and apart from a couple of crashes, is
helping me to put together some professional-looking content with a minimal
learning curve.
Thanks again for all your advice.
I use iShowU. The image quality is good but getting sound quality can be
difficult.
An associate swears by SnapzPro X. Others like Camtasia.

Leopard has screen recording functionality built-in. Just open Quicktime
Player from the Applications menu and choose File - New Screen Recording

I have been using ScreenFlow for some time now to record short tutorials I
post on my web-site and YouTube. Very happy with it, can definitely
recommend using it. Easy to work with, nice simple interface and allows you
to perform some editing, include a video capture text overlay etc. You can
