Hi all, There are some good products out there. I've settled on Screenflow for the time being. It has a great feature set, and apart from a couple of crashes, is helping me to put together some professional-looking content with a minimal learning curve. Thanks again for all your advice.

Screenflow is nice, but in case you were unaware, Quicktime X in Snow Leopard has screen recording functionality built-in. Just open Quicktime Player from the Applications menu and choose File - New Screen Recording and follow the prompts. Its free, but the downside is you cannot select a certain
