I find PDFpenPro does a very good job with editing PDF files. Works well with
on-line files and the like.

of the meeting years and years ago Peter gave us a demo of Graphic Converter

Peter H showed us how to do a ‘Save As', the whole room gasped O!
Go to File menu, and press Option and 'Save As' appears! Magic!

Yes, Word can work!
Just be aware that sometimes a pdf is just an image/ photo and can’t be copied
and pasted use the text select tool from the menu… and,
