The LG one for around $160 (http://www.austin.net.au/shopping/components.asp?catid=88) may in fact do all those things I believe, as I think I read somewhere apple uses LGs in some models. I use an LG Combo which works fine under OSX/BWG3 and I intend to replace it with their DVD burner soon
