Hi Peter,
Are you sure you have the Time Capsule connected correctly to the NBN
termination Box and setup correctly?
To see if your Time Capsule requires a firmware update:
Open Airport Utility
If AirPort Utility shows a numbered red badge next to the name of a base
station, click it for detail
