We have two sources of WiFi. Normally we use the Time Capsule WiFi (better
signal) but the BoB2 WiFi is also available.
I still don’t understand why there was no attempt to connect. If there’s a
problem normally you can see from the Ikon that it is searching. When the
Internet was off this morn
Ok thanks Diana,
I don’t suspect anything is wrong will your iPad, I would suspect it is your
BoB2 Wi-Fi Network.
What did you mean when you mentioned

Do you have two Wi-Fi networks?
If so please give details.

Hi John
That’s not the problem. I swapped all our phones to iiNet (our ISP for ca 22
years) and in the process got the our system NBN ready including selecting a
plan. Just waiting for them to get their act together. To save money we
cancelled our second landline and transferred the modem to t
Hi Ronni
Yes it’s been on Auto-Join since the beginning and I just checked to make sure
it hadn’t changed.
Also I tried selecting our other network on BoB2, put in the password and got
the same error message. No pause while it thought about it, the error message
appeared straight away.

Hi Diana,
On your iPad, is Wi-Fi turned ON in Settings > Wi-Fi and Auto-Join?
Your iPad, can remember network and login information so that you can

Made the changeover and all is back to normal with an improved p
Hi again
I am still rather concerned about the iPad, it wasn’t just disconnected, it did

reset of the Network Settings. There was no Ikon in the toolbar. Also I never
saw the “No Internet Connection“ error message be
Hi Peter
Yes I reset the Network settings, put the password in again. I also tried our
other network (we use the Time Machine but the BoB2 modem network is also
available) same result. Apple website had no other suggestions.
However I have solved the problem. Apart from the iPad (which remained
Hi Diana, does the iPad recognise the available network in the Settings>Wifi
screen? If so I presume having already Reset Network Settings, the previous
pairing it had will have been removed. Please let us know answers to this
question?

Good morning all
I was reading my email and one did not download properly. When I investigated I
got the message “No Internet connection”.
Computer and phone still have Internet Connection.
I have Restarted and I have Reset the Network Settings. Still nothing.
Is there anything else I can do?
