Have you done this in Numbers '09? It does not hold the same format as
in the Library in iTunes when exported this way & dropped into Numbers.
The way I gave instructions below, holds all format exactly as it is
in iTunes Library.

doesn't say it in the export but is tab delimited.
this can then be imported in to pretty much any spreadsheet and/or
database program.

I was 'fiddling' around with Numbers '09 today, and I got thinking
perhaps I could do a Spreadsheet of my iTunes Library.
(Ok Daniel, I couldn't find anything more constructive to do) ;-)
This is what I did:
1. In iTunes click Music Library
2. Edit > Select All
3. Edit > Co
