Hi all, I've got a problem whereby I can't upload files via ftp faster than 380bytes (if I'm lucky) in _any_ OS X application. I have no uploading speed issues when booting up under OS 9.2.2. Some background info: I run a G4/400 mac in a primarily windows environment, we have a proxy server f
