Maybe you are after a full screen application then. With that you should
be able to decide about the positioning on the whole output.

Changes:
- no longer affects all devices that support natural scroll, only for touchpad
devices (devices that supports tap to click)

This adds support for enabling/disabling natural scrolling via a boolean in
weston.ini
I've changed it so it only affects devices supporting tap-to-click (touchpads)
instead of all devices supporting natural scroll.

Hi Han,
You cannot position surfaces absolutely using the traditional xdg-shell
protocol. However, for embedded cases, there are protocols like ivi-shell
which provide that functionality.

Hello dear Wayland developers,
I am a student thinking about participating in EVoC. I've browsed the Ideas
concerning Wayland on the official site (

Hi!
Sorry, I'm a student, and I don't quite get it.
Why not put generics like dynamic array and linked list into a
separate/reusable/orthogonal library or just use the standard
(std::list,std::vector), rather than having custom ones in the Wayland
Server API?
Thanks!
Hi Luc,
I have submitted a proposal for a talk in Graphics Dev Room, but haven’t heard
anything regarding the selection. Is there a timeline by which the
notifications will be sent so that the travel can be planned accordingly?
Has anyone else heard about the submissions?
Regards
Manasi
