He could vote yes by sitting there and nodding his head. And if he didn't like
an issue, instead of saying "NO" he could just pinch the person making the

Last week I sent a post asking if folks noticed that Andy seems to be his
kind, patient, old self when Barney makes a guest appearance.
I didn't get a reply, but was wondering if you also noticed this?
My daughter and I like the color episodes best when Barney is in them,
I've never heard of Mick Kieffer either, but he is from Minneapolis and
apparently has been active as a Barney tribute artist in that area. But
you'd think we would have at least heard some mention of him here.
