In all three episodes that Malcolm visited Mayberry, Andy hired him to
work. My questions is this. Wouldn't Malcolm have been working illegally
in the US? I always thought it is illegal to work in a country for pay if
you are just there visiting. Any thoughts?

Those of us in the south know that sweet tea is the "table wine of the
south." Yet I don't recall the Taylors, or anyone else in Mayberry ever
drinking or mentioning sweet tea.
Does anyone else remember this? The only beverages I remember from TAGS are
coffee, water, a bottle of pop, sweet cider
I just had to share this with you. My husband and I were at a local store this
morning standing in line at the check-out. In front of us was a gentleman,
probably in his sixties, who had the most obvious toupee I've ever seen. I
think it was so bad because he didn't have enough hair underneat
