This year has been extra busy for me and I realized I didn't even send out a
notice about the annual WBMUTBB Silent Auction during Mayberry Days. In order
to be safer during the pandemic our chapter held a live auction at the Blackmon
Amphitheatre. There is not much good to say about the current

A couple years ago, I wrote in to the Bulletin Board, wondering what the
job of the person listed in the credits as "script continuity" was, since I
constantly noticed discrepancies like some folks have noted
I'm just watching Gomer Pyle where Sgt. Carter wants to buy his girl a watch.
He's talking to Cpl. Boyle about taking care of his mother. He says "Just last
year I bought her a new septic tank". Seems we know another person who bought
his parents a septic tank for their anniversary.
Even though Mayberry Days had to be downsized due to the Corona Virus, Tanya
Jones & her Surry Arts Council Staff did not want to throw the towel in &
cancel this annual event altogether, and wanted to have something for the
fans coming to Mt Airy. Having said that, the town prepared for this, an

Yes, she was Morgan's wife in Andy and the New Mayor. Funny how similar the
Baldwin Ladies are to the Morrison Sisters but almost a decade apart in episode
airings.
