I watch The Untouchables reruns on Sunday afternoons and love spotting Mayberry
buildings. Almost every episode has at least one scene with courthouse in
background, or a business
the same statue of the man
that is in the Emporium. I watched the rest of the show just to see if
they were interested in the statue but they weren't. Seeing that statue
reminded me of seeing him in Mt Airy during my many trips to Mayberry
Days and that Mayberry is Everywhere
I was watching the local news on TV tonight and they ran a story about a local
high school student who was arrested and handcuffed by mistake at the school.
The young mans name was Trey Bowden. They didn't mention anything about Opie
being involved. Bob
In watching a program about that lovely family of 16, now 17, children,
before they got into the RV for a vacation, the parents stated the rules to
the kids: #1 Obey all rules, #2 No writing on the walls as it is hard to get
writing off of walls. They purport to not watch TV but I'm guessing
