I was watching the episode, Mayberry on Record last night and at the end of
the show, the record promoter brings in the album they have made called Music
From Mayberry. Does anyone know if that that record album cover was kept and
if it exists in someone's Mayberry collection? Just curious
Every time I watch Mayberry on Record I have to chuckle about the reel to
reel tape recorder that was used to record all the Mayberry musical talent.
During my early days of teaching I had access to a tape recorder exactly
like the one shown in that episode. I was teaching sixth grade in 1968
