This has got to be one of my favorite episodes featuring Uncle Ollie Aunt
Nora. Only wish they would have used them again. But from what I have always
thought Opie says is...maroon is a new make to me, pa...Pam
You will likely get multiple responses to this, but I have a question of my own
to ask, so here goes.
Andy says to Opie, You were supposed to yell when you saw a maroon two-door.
Opie's reply is, Maroon's a new make to me, Paw. You see, the lad was unaware
that maroon was the color of the

I haven't seen the episode lately, but if memory serves, Opie says something
to the effect that he doesn't know what the make maroon looks like. In other
words, he thinks it's the name of a type of car instead of a color.
