HI All,
I just made a custom error page for my site.
I have the option of adding all of these to the page, but I don't know
which ones might be necessary:
!--#echo var=HTTP_REFERER --
!--#echo var=REMOTE_ADDR --
!--#echo var=REQUEST_URI --
!--#echo var=HTTP_HOST --
!--#echo var=HTTP_USER_AGENT
Hi Deb,
I have the option of adding all of these to the page,
but I don't know which ones might be necessary:
IMHO the only *necessary* stuff on an error page is an error message and a
contact us for help link :-)
To go through them one by one:
!--#echo var=HTTP_REFERER --
(none)

As far as i know the reason for 3704 Operation is not allowed when the

is if u r tryin to open a object which is not created or which is already
open and not closed.
I would try a different var name for the recordset and connection object
like oCon and oRec or whatever u want.
Dear All,
I'm developing an eAuction site and i'd like to see any ready or under
development realtime eAuction sites or
any ready made modules that cut off eAuction development time.
Any help will be appreciated.

Hi,
I have just finished integrating Xc auction to a site (www.theantiquesite.com). It
was a bit of a nightmare (mainly coz timescales were very tight), but feel free to
have a look and see what you think. It is purely a bidding system. They dont provide
a shopping cart for purchasing so I
I got it working.
I put this
oRs.Open strSql, oCon, 1, 3, 1
I use to have
oRs.Open strSql, oCon, adOpenKeyset, adLockOptimistic, adCmdText
Thanks a ton for all the help. I should have realized that before.

Hi David,
I really appreciate your comments and advice on this matter. You are
so right, I've had to learn the hard way many times too, but it's such a
great help when someone with your experience shares what you have
learned.
Thanks.
