Our host offers Deepmetrix livestats xsp. I don't know if anyone else
uses this but I'm hoping someone can advise. Our site is data base
driven (www.odihpn.org) and is basically a news type site. I need to
find out who is looking at which stories (right now these don't show up
in the states
On one of our sites we have a survey that comes up in a pop-up
window. Obviously this is slightly annoying for return visitors. How do
you normally deal with this type of situation?

You might try the MS download troubleshooter from its site (sorry I don't
have the link).It is a long list of 'things to do' some of which you
have done.Although it is download it cleared up a few other problems for
me when I used it. (or there may be an IE troubleshooter).
