Hi Riley IMO it depends on what you're trying to acheive with your Flash movie. If animation and basic interactivity is what you're after then there's no point in shelling out a fortune for the full Macromedia Flash because you're only going to use a tiny fraction of its functionality. However if

I have never head of anyone being able to grab an email address simply by someone surfing the web or associating with a wireless access point. Doesn't seem like anyone else on this list has either since you have not received a single post on how to grab an email address from someone's computer

I believe you're right. I'm thinking of another option from an equipment I've seen recently. Basically it can listen on specified ports on all subnets simultaneously and act as the desired server for common protocols like smtp/pop. Basically you put it on your lan and if your pop server is
