That's supposed to work, and usually does, but I've occasionally had the crosshair arrows just go away without effect when I tried to actually make the move. Dunno why. If it does work, you can also press alt-space, m, then just press the down cursor key and achieve the same effect. If not, ther

Sorry, I was out. That is correct; the cross won't appear because it is on the title bar. But hopefully your mouse cursor will be positioned on the cross. As soon as you've pressed Alt-Space and m, click on your left mouse button and move your mouse down to where you can see the title, and then l
