[wdvltalk] Outlook question

Hi all, My boss uses Outlook and finds that when she replies to a message that came in text and changes it to HTML, it changes the font to Times New Roman. She wants to be able to keep it as Arial, 10pt. I checked her preferences, etc. and anywhere else I could think of but I can't find a

I'm using 12all.. to mass send some mails out.. my most resent client does not want to send the newsletter out, unless it's pixel perfect to hs designs... He's on a MAC, and we're in the UK, FYI.. I'm explined that different clients and differnt browsers will display the email slightly

You are right but he is the boss and probably doesn't have a real clue about how many people are not going to see his emails as he expects. Though what is really funny is that newsletters that are in html almost always look worse on my Mac than they do on my pc. Granted I have Entourage and
