FormMail is a special script designed to allow you to send email
messages based on the input from an HTML form on your Web site.
The original FormMail script was first made available at Matt's Script

The upgrades have been patched. Most hosts use the upgraded versions in
their included scripts. If you're not sure, I believe Sourceforge has an
extensive series of revised scripts paralleling Matts Script Archive.
