Well, well, that fixed it. I'm perplexed but I see now that the files are
being made and uploaded to http://satwatcher.us/wxstation/.
Any idea why that might have been the problem?
Thanks!

I'm not sure. I don't remember setting it. I'll try 1 and restart.

Okay, finally have time to try this again. I restarted weewx with debug=1,
here is syslog grepped for 'weewx'. Only thing that stands out to me are
repeated errors about not receiving from console.
Thanks, Ken

as well as the 'did' code. Now I get to have some fun building a
new database. I'd still like to get it into my WeeWx system as well,
though.
Thanks for posting!

Hi Pablo,
I just noticed your conf file shows station ID: KCASANJO1246 whereas your
WUnderground devices shows KCASANJO1247. Could that be the issue?

I'm in the same boat with the same result as Pablo. Running version 3.9.2
on Ubuntu Linux.
Password is good, I double-checked it, and put it in single quotes (also
tried it in double quotes). Per your post, I am using my login password.

Tom,
Thanks for your useful response.

Yes, I am using Chrome on Win10 and it's been the case for at least several
months using 3.9.2. The same thing exists using Chrome on iPhone except in
that case there's no "full refresh" (ctrl-F5) option that I'm aware of. A
regular refresh updates the left-hand values but seems to do nothing
Tom,
Thanks so much for posting this information. I was looking for a way to
merge all these orphan .sdb files that I have due to the frequent date
reset issue that I have and posted about earlier. The result was several
sdb files that had 2-3 weeks of data in them.
I just tested this solution

Hello,
Sorry if this seems long but I tried to put everything in here that might
help explain the situation.
Here is my setup:
Weewx version: 3.9.2
Weather station: Davis Vantage Pro 2 connected thru DB9 serial port
Hardware: HP Pro 6000 SFF dual Pentium RAM: 4 GB, WD 1 TB drive
Perfect, that was the missing link that got things straight again. Thanks
Gary!

So, I don't know what is causing this incorrect date to be put in the
database and thus locking the database down. Can someone help me so I can
get things going again?
Thanks much!
