Gary, I'm all set! Thanks for the advice on doing the dump first. I did that and it loaded all of the archive data into the database - as you said, dump generated tons of "duplicate record" errors in the log. After the dump, I then tried unplugging and pulling the batteries out of the console.

Hi, If it's a Davis and there has been a power outage chances are it is corrupt station memory. Hopefully though you won't have lost 30 hours of data (assuming you had batteries in the console), perhaps just one or two records. You can sometimes get a pretty good indicator from the log if this

Yep, one to keep in the back of your mind if you own a Davis station. Any power interruptions, unplugging etc and weeWX appears to be working but the displayed data is not updating then chances are it is corrupted station memory. Sometimes you can recover your data from the logger, sometimes not

Thanks Gary, just what I needed, someone with more knowledge of the User's Guide. Thanks for saving me a bunch of time! I unplugged the console, took the batteries out and reversed these steps. Boom, back in business. I took your suggestion of changing the interval. I reset it to 10 minutes. Che

Hi, Data is great but logs are better :) Quite possible you have corrupt station memory (have a look here in the User's Guide), not uncommon when disconnecting/interrupting power to a Davis station. If you want to take a pun
