Hmm, seems all is still not 100%. Looked at your site at 414pm 7 March and all was correct (plots and CSS) but then at 416pm the wind vector plot disappeared. Back at 418 and 420pm. I am at a loss, nothing worse than a variable intermittent problem to try to troubleshoot. Gary -- You received

Judging by the type of errors in the log (timeouts, can't create directory, unable to build connection) I would be starting with your hosting provider, maybe there is something in the logs on their side. Seems there is an issue of some desciption during most report cycles so it should be too har

Andrew is right, the logs are your friend. you might find it useful to run with debug=1 so you get a bit more details about what (well how many) files are being generated. Are you ftp'ing or rsync'ing to a remote web server or hosting locally, if remote it might be worth seeing what is being ft

A good place to start is by looking at the log!! Depending on the pc/cpu you are using it is possible the report interval is too short, and needs to be increased to say 5 minutes. You could always just try and refresh the page when the plot is 'missing' - it could just be a delay in your server
