Follow-up Comment #6, bug #24550 (project wesnoth): I am using boost 1.54 currently. I also tested using scons/g++ on windows 7 with boost 1.59 and did not encounter any errors. I will try to find a more up-to-date version of boost and try again.

Follow-up Comment #2, bug #24547 (project wesnoth): Sadly, I can confirm this one (tested in The Rise of Wesnoth S1, but I expect it's universal). But only for reverting to the immediate previous turn. If I revert to the second-last turn, my killed unit is correctly restored.
