Recently i was in Arua and what you are reporting is true. Farmers are being
pursued and arrested from their homes. The unfortunate thing is that these
farmers are operate under contract farming--an agreement t most of them have
never seen. Their leaders are enticed to sign these contracts

unforeseen natural occurence. This is daylight thuggery assisted by the police
