the idea of book drive is very good and we all support. I am just thinking
to myself wether this is the best way to go about with the problem facing
our education sector in west nile. I think that there are lessons to learn
fro the drives that have been done by the old students

shillings have been returned to Arual hopistal after health centres in West
Nile fail to use the drugs. The drugs include anti-malarials and ARVs, while
this could be true for ARVs, I dont expect the same for
