As Apollo and others have expressed, it would be nice to double check the
accuracy of the information on the official opening time for public offices and
banks in Uganda, if possible. Some of us have not been in Uganda for a while,
and may not be in touch with some policy changes.
Samuel,I am aware that most of the major banks offer 24 hour service and
opening hours with the advent of technology doesn't mean much! Whereas there
may be official government hours of business,the issue is whether any official
activities conducted outside normal business hours are legal

I would suggest that Mr Alioni comes out to defend his views.Whereas he
presented some factual information, in some instances his

It is not the payment of fees on the document which makes the Order an Order.
It is the pronouncement of the Judicial officer which amounts to a Court Order.
Even if not extracted, it remains an Order of Court. And once it is issued.
Whether, irregular or not. One has to obey it.
