A Wikisource (and I guess other Wikis with a subpage structure, maybe
Wikibooks?) wish: allow a parent page to apply something like
`__EXPECTED_UNCONNECTED_CHILDREN__` to apply (by default) to all subpages. It
would be a real pain to need to add

This CSS in my user CSS makes it a bit better (it's not actually responsive
or anything, but I get an extra 13em, which helps):
