Probably the actual question is what object and why gets highlighted at
https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/La_Bastide-Clairence#Localisation. This appears
to be due to wrong Wikidata link at
https://www.openstreetmap.org/relation/2500646. It needs to be fixed in OSM

This appears to be be because maplink element currently expects `latitude`
and `longitude` attributes to be used with `zoom` attribute, but Wikibase in
GlobeCoordinateInlineWikitextKartographerFormatter.php

That seems to be due to the way template/module is implemented on Wikipedia.
The template apparently expects `frame-lat`, `frame-long` and `zoom` parameters
