If all this is too technical for ya, quick and dirty ways are to try making
a screenrecording of the playing video... either:
- with screen recording software like Camstudio (free to windows only)
- by sending the signal to a camera through a computer's SVideo line
- or just by recording
I would agree with Chris here.
It looks like she wants to convert from one video format to another. In
addition to Chris's recommendation I would recommend ffmpeg. It is known for
being able to convert between a large number of formats.
