Hello All,
We have changed our status from probably participating to
participating. Our list is in a reasonable shape and we are trying
hard to find juries and prizes. At this moment, none has confirmed to
be our jury or sponsor yet! All are welcome to help with these.
We would like the site:
The name in coordinates must have a clean text without wiki markup or
long descriptions, as well as description field for uploading to
Commons. Parameters like tri monument or similar could be used for
this purpose. I have made a workaround copying Module:Delink from
en.wiki.

I made a list on commons, but no templates.

I would suggest to rename it to Monument list templates to make it in line
with the parent category. Andy, can you do that as creator?
Somebody beat me to that;

it would be great if Japan would participate! Maarten just set up the

However, the lists still have to be transformed into

Hello Beat,
wanted to check if we can add anything about CC-BY-SA here. I mean, we can
add a question like; Did you ever know that contributing anything in

We do have the license as the default one to participate in the

I agree that shorter surveys are more effective. On that notem could
the final question be shortened? Questions along the lines of 'would
you like to hear from us again' are sensible and common amongst
surveys etc, but that is the longest I've come across.

but rather an address and sometimes a function or description. The icons...

Hi everyone,
Last year the Wikimedia Foundation developed a Android mobile app for
Wiki Loves Monuments. After September it was abandoned. But the app is
open source, so now it's back as a community supported app. I rebuild
the backend server in toollabs and Yuvi did his magic mobile tricks.
Note: If you still have the app from last year installed, this build
will *not* install on your phone - you need to uninstall the older
version to install this.
Thanks!

Also note that I won't be adding any new features at all - my aim is
to just keep it from breaking apart :) If someone else can come
forward to take over maintenance (the app is all HTML/CSS/JS) - I'll
