I note that the minutes I requested in my posting yesterday were published two hours later [1] althought not linked from https://wikimediafoundation.org/wiki/Meetings as one would expect, not were they announced on the mailing list. While I am glad that this has finally happened, it is deplorable

The Board Handbook [1] specifies a procedure to be followed for publicising Board meetings. In particular At least two days before the meeting, the Secretary posts a public summary of the agenda to wikimediaannounce-l ;
