to wikitext, just not by humans?
Or suggested by software, and added to wikitext after being confirmed by
humans?
Or not added to wikitext at all and stored separately somewhere?

Using LTR text with RTL user interface, and vice versa, is trivial
since MediaWiki 1.19.
What is not trivial is mixing RTL and LTR content. The only way to do
it currently is to use HTML tags with the appropriate attributes, such
as dir=rtl lang=he class=mw-content-rtl, or templates that
insert
This is excellent! It's a very useful and reliable source for
biographies of current public figures in the Russian-speaking world.
Good to hear that it was freed, and good to hear that Wikisource
became its new home.
