Hello everyone, I am happy to announce that as a part of the GSOC project we have succeeded in developing a platform to allow user's to rate different extensions of mediawiki on Wikiapiary and syndicating them back to MediaWiki.

I agree to the points raised about ratings and what parameters are best suitable for representing them. However, I believe these are evolutionary features and can only be improved in an agile manner. I was meaning to comment on the overall GSoC proposal before the acceptance stage and didn't get a chance. Personally I don't think in it's current state/design it is overly suitable for deployment onto MediaWiki wiki as it will introduce a external factor on the page load for each visitor, althou
