In WWN 264 there's the following:
lt;rantgt;
...
lt;/rantgt;
But it does not get through in the HTML page because it's getting
transformed into rant.../rant which the browser is correctly
ignoring. We've had this problem before but I don't remember what the
fix is... Do you?
